Our Installation Process:
First:
When you contact us, we schedule an appointment to come out to your home and perform a site survey. At this point we evaluate your existing electrical equipment and infrastructure to determine the most ideal location to install the charging station.
Second:
We review the information gathered and create a customized quote, so there are no surprises. Once accepted, we proceed to schedule an install date with our installers. Our maintenance program comes free for the first year and can be renewed annually.

We install chargers that work with any electric vehicle. You determine how you want to charge drivers; either “pay as you go” with rates set by the property, or added to the drivers' monthly dues. Our chargers have smart technology that can alert drivers when their car is finished charging. We offer the flexibility to fit a variety of needs for any type of property.
Our Installation Process:
First:
When you contact us, we schedule an appointment to perform a site survey. At this time, we communicate with management to determine the overall needs of the property. We work with the building engineer to review and evaluate the building’s electrical equipment and infrastructure to find the most convenient and economically feasible location to install the charging stations.
Second:
After reviewing the information gathered, we create a customized quote suited for the property. Once our proposal is approved, we promptly proceed to schedule an installation date with our installers.
Third:
After installation, we test and ensure that all equipment is working properly. We then determine how drivers will be paying for charging their cars. We then issue access cards to drivers, which they will need to charge their vehicles. Once we complete the installation, we offer a 3-month FREE trial of our maintenance plan.

Maintenance

Our maintenance plan is geared toward ensuring that your chargers are always working properly. It also ensures that they are fixed as swiftly as possible when the need arises. We offer a maintenance plan on the charging station that covers any minor damages, outages, and guarantees a 48-hour response time if the charger is inoperable. We can only cover charging stations installed or inspected by us. Our maintenance plan is included with the installation -- FREE for the first year and can be renewed annually.

Stay Up & Running
Our maintenance plan ensures your chargers stay up and running. Constant use from drivers can put added wear and tear on the stations over time and our maintenance plan is geared toward keeping up the stations to make them last as long as possible. We guarantee a 24-Hour response time to address non-working equipment. We keep your chargers going, so you don’t waste time and money. With our routine service checks, we try to address issues before they even happen. We make sure equipment software is up-to-date and perform routine cleaning after each service check. Our maintenance plan is included for FREE with the installation on a 3-Month trial basis.
